Won't only 2 meditations styles feel redundant?

No. We keep the practice and the tools as simple and easy to implement as possible. The focus is not on the techniques but rather on the experience and the results you'll get through the daily or bi-weekly practice. Even if the meditation classes is structured the same, your mental and emotional state at the moment will always differ. As human beings, our thoughts and emotions are constantly challenged by the outer world and we are continuously dealing with them to maintain a healthy inner balance.


By having too meditation style, you would not be able to fully appropriate the practice and repeat it enough so that it becomes second nature for you. The main goal of these few but powerful classes is that you will be able to practice them on repeat and be able to fully enjoy the moment once you have learned and integrated the techniques.


Every meditation will offer you new experience to live in the moment. Each meditation will bring a deeper sense of presence, awareness of yourself and your work, lower your stress level, balance your emotional state, get clear and centered and deepen your practice.

I just can't stop my mind from thinking, how can I meditate?

As surprising as it could sound, meditation is not able erasing our thoughts. Deleting your thoughts is actually impossible. Our brains is constantly bringing new thoughts every micro second of our day.


Meditation is rather a tool to create a distance between you and your thoughts. This will help you notice the thoughts that serve you and the one that don't. You will more aware of the stressful thoughts, the stressful tasks and able to escape from any vicious circle you couldn't notice eyes open.


With practice, you will even notice your ability to pay attention to your thoughts, replace them, choose relaxing tasks or ways to work during the day. You will start enjoying the way your thoughts actually work to better serve you.

How often should I meditate to get results?

The best would be to meditate every morning before you start your day. This is why you get access to all the replays of the previous meditations with even some relaxing soundtracks to help you get in a deeper relaxation more quickly. You have all the tools to improve your well-being, life and work performance as much as you want on a daily basis.

I'm too busy to meditate.

We always find time to chat with others and check our social media, even at work. Why not rather use this precious for yourself and create more mental space than these previous actions actually do? "Meditation is a waste of time because while I relax, nothing gets done" is a complete myth.


Ask yourself: How many hours did you spend trying to fix a solution while being tired, stressed out because of the deadline and the colleagues who pressure you to find the solution asap? Is meditation religious?

No. Meditation is a way to open up your brain to its full powerful abilities. This technique comes originally from religious cultures in the western countries, but this is just a way to enhance human abilities.

Is it OK if I come late and leave a class early?

For the benefit of other meditators, doors of the live class will be closed the moment we start. Please make sure to be here 5 minutes we start the session to respect everyone's time and schedule.

As the classes are online, you can leave early. Make sure you stay muted when you do it. But for your own benefit, feeling of accomplishment and to be proud of your progress, we highly recommend to make sure you stay all the way through even if you find resistance at the beginning. Your efforts and consistency will pay through.

Are all of the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Even if you haven't meditated a minute in your life, it will become soon second nature. Once you start the live guided meditation, you just have to follow the teacher's voice and the rest with flow easily. By the end of the class, you will be surprised how time have passed fast.
